Enjoy local artisan food and drink while learning the science of spirits distillation and cheesemaking in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Curt and Linda Basina, owners of Copper Crow Distillery, will be giving tours and describing the process of making spirits. Fred Faye, owner of Happy Hollow Creamery, will discuss his small farmstead sheep and goat cheese operation and offer a hands-on cheesemaking activity.
