Science on the Square: Cheese Flavor – The Art and Science

Have you ever wondered how cheese is made or what makes different varieties of cheese have their distinct flavor and appearance? Join us at Fromagination and find the answers to those questions and more! We will be tasting a great selection of Wisconsin cheeses and talking about the basic steps of the cheesemaking process. Tasting sessions last approximately 20 minutes with time for questions. Sessions will be held every 40 minutes starting at 6 p.m. (6 p.m., 6:40 p.m., 7:20 p.m., 8 p.m., 8:40 p.m.).
