Stargazing at Peninsula State Park

Saturday10/176:45 pm - 10:00 pm

Peninsula State Park celebrate the Wisconsin Science Festival by welcoming Universe in the Park. Meet UW-Madison astronomy students on Saturday, October 13 at 7 p.m. at Nicolet Beach. Enjoy a thirty-minute PowerPoint program. At about 7:30 p.m., view the night sky through a high-powered telescope. The star experts will stick around for an hour or longer to answer your questions.

Universe in the Park has offered top-quality, family friendly programs at Wisconsin State Parks for over twenty years. This program is free and open to the public but a state park vehicle sticker is required.

Rain? We’ll meet inside the Nature Center for a “stellar” PowerPoint program. If you need additional information call the Nature Center at 920-854-5897.
