Celebrate Wisconsin Science Festival Week! October 14th – 20th! Stop by the Forest Lodge Library all through the week to grab science themed Make-N-Take activities and books to go along with them to celebrate science. The library is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

The Wisconsin Weather Festival is a fun and free event for all ages. Join the Wisconsin weather community to learn more about Wisconsin’s weather and climate. Scientists from UW-Madison, the National Weather Service, and the rest of Wisconsin’s weather community will help you get hands on and learn more about our state’s weather and climate.

The Science of Nature

Families can stop by the Cable Natural History Museum’s classroom and backyard anytime between 10 a.m. –  noon to participate in STEM activities. Activities are designed for kids in K-6 to do with their families. Adults should stay with their children and are encouraged to play with us! Donations welcome. Youth Volunteers for Conservation
